We offer training that can involve daily living skills, communication and social skills, problem-solving, and managing the funding of services, either individually or through group activities. We provide a wide range of training and development programmes aimed at increasing participants’ capacity to manage daily life by developing their knowledge, skills, and support networks. This helps participants deal with the obstacles of everyday living. Depending on your needs, we can offer training and development in a variety of life skills, including personal hygiene, using the restroom, personal care, cooking a healthy meal, keeping the house clean, doing laundry, communicating with service providers and support networks, travelling, using public transportation, and many others.
